Return and Refund Policy
At Wholesome Naturals, We provide quality products with MAXIMUM guaranteed satisfaction. If willing to return any DEFECT product under some circumstances, please return with receipt. If there is quality issue from our end, PLEASE RETURN WITH PROOF. In addition, return must be done within 5 days of purchase with receipt. When order has been misplaced or damaged, please complain within 24 working hours with receipt of purchase.
Note: If you have purchased Wholesome Naturals product FROM third party OR ANY OF OUR retailer, you must return product to your place of purchase.
Conditions of Refund
Carefully read below conditions. If mentioned conditions are not met we have the right to refuse refund request.
• Product of returns must be in good condition, in their original package along with all the packing materials and accessories.
• Our company is not responsible for loss of personal data.
• Our company is not responsible for consequential or incidental damage to the product.
• If received wrong order from our end, please file a complain within 24 hours from delivery time and date with provision of purchased receipt.
Replacement/ Refund
• Once product is received, we will review for quality check as well as access complaints.
• If replacement of product was choosen we can compensate with another product without additional charges. However, if the requested product is not in the stock, Refund will be provided after complete verification from our team.
• Refund option: Same process will be followed. In addition refund will be provided once verification team certifies product.
